Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systemsPerform preventative maintenance and system inspectionsCommunicate repair options and recommendations to customersMaintain accurate service records and job documentationDeliver exceptional customer service on every callFollow company safety standards and industry best practicesParticipate in ongoing training and development programsWork collaboratively with dispatch, management, and fellow technicians

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of HVAC service experienceEPA Certification requiredStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilitiesExperience servicing heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, and split systemsAbility to work independently and manage service calls efficientlyExcellent customer service and communication skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

Residential service experience - install experience a plusNATE Certification (preferred but not required)Experience with indoor air quality products and accessoriesAbility to present repair and replacement options to homeownersStrong understanding of HVAC electrical and refrigeration systems
